I’ve always been obsessed with wild things: places/animals/people/food – anything that stirs up the wild in me. I started this blog in 2015 so I could shares stories of the wild. I want people to live in wonder at the world, its creatures and its possibilities, and through this feel connected to the wild inside themselves.
I’m based in Scotland, and since 2017 have been learning the art of documentary film-making alongside director Amy Hardie, supported by Creative Scotland, The Scottish Documentary Institute and British Film Institute. My first short film was screened at Sheffield Doc Fest in summer 2019 and I am currently developing it into a feature.
Working with and studying horses is a passion of mine, and I’m now using film as a tool to explore wider, dig deeper and share experience.
